For more than 80 years, Bronner's CHRISTmas Wonderland has been creating magical CHRISTmas experiences for guests from around the world. Whether we're helping a guest in person, assisting a customer over the phone, or supporting our staff behind the scenes, our team takes pride in providing exceptional service.

We are seeking a Part-Time, Year-Round Receptionist to provide warm, helpful, and professional support to our guests, staff, and office operations. This position serves as a resource for guests and employees, helping answer questions, direct inquiries, and handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The position typically requires 1-3 days per week, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours increase and decrease seasonally.

Schedule: This position has a consistent part-time schedule with hours that increase during our busiest months.

  • January-May: Approximately 71 hours per month
  • June-September: Approximately 74 hours per month
  • October: Approximately 101 hours per month
  • November-December: Approximately 105 hours per month, with the possibility of an additional 4-hour Saturday shift

The typical schedule includes two weekday shifts per week, one full Saturday-Sunday weekend per month, and additional weekend shifts during the busier months. Weekday shifts are generally 6 hours from January through September and increase to 8 hours beginning in October. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Duties include:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; assist customers and staff at the reception desk
  • Perform data entry, handle mail, and support general office tasks and assigned projects
  • Complete company errands using a company vehicle
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide pleasant, professional, and confidential service in person and over the phone
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with others
  • Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Word; general clerical and office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using proper grammar
  • Ability to work independently while also accepting direction and working effectively with others
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Valid driver's license
