Description
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our amazing team here at Bromley. Do you like a fast-paced environment, cleaning, have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy working with people while having a flexible schedule? All while still being able to laugh and have fun. If this is you, we want to hear from you!
Summary: As the Cleaning Crew Leader, you would be responsible for the cleanliness of our beautiful historic lodge and maintain the cleanliness standard to ensure we are ready to receive guests each morning. Besides working hard and having fun, what is in it for you? Bromley Mountain Season Ski Pass, 50% off food through our market place, 30% off at our retail shop, 10 summer park day passes, Life and Long-term disability insurance, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k with generous company match on 100% of allotment.
Duties and Responsibilities: As the Crew Leader some of your responsibilities are as follows:

Requirements
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Able to work late nights / early evenings

  • Able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has some supervisory responsibility in the winter months, overseeing other cleaning crew members.
Work Environment:
This job operates primarily indoors, routinely uses standard office cleaning equipment and supplies such as vacuum, mop, and cleaning solvents.
Physical Demands:
This is a physically active role requiring several hours of standing and bending. Must be able to lift and carry 10 lbs over even terrain.
