iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.
We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Telemarketing Sales Agent hybrid in Logan, Utah.
iFIT is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Agent to connect with potential customers and help turn their inquiries into successful sales. In this role, you will promote and sell iFIT equipment and subscriptions through outbound campaigns, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to growing iFIT's membership and revenue base.
COMPENSATION:
$7.50 + commission
ROLE COMMITMENTS
  • Maintain or exceed key performance indicators as set by your manager.
  • Increase iFIT and Warranty subscription revenue and memberships.
  • Drive product sales through outbound campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Connect with potential customers through phone calls, chats, or emails and help turn their inquiries into successful sales.
  • Promote and sell equipment, gather necessary information, and ensure the accuracy of each order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of proven telephone sales or chat sales experience.
  • Proficient in typing at 50-60 WPM.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in a call center setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft and/or G-Suite.
  • Knowledge of SAP, inContact, and Broadleaf.
