Job description

Company Description Good Vibrations Audio Visual LLC is a live events and production company based in Las Vegas, NV, specializing in professional audio, video, and visual experiences for a wide range of clients. The company supports concerts, corporate events, conferences, and special productions with reliable, high-quality technical services. Team members collaborate closely with event organizers, production crews, and performers to deliver smooth, engaging shows. Applicants can expect a fast-paced environment that values technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication. The company prioritizes safety, professionalism, and consistent, client-focused service on every project.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site freelance role based in Las Vegas, NV for an A1, V1, and Graphics Operator. The role involves setting up, operating, and striking audio, video, and graphics systems for live events, including consoles, playback devices, projectors, LED walls, and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include mixing live audio (A1), routing and monitoring video signals (V1), and preparing and operating show graphics and presentation content. The role requires coordinating with producers, stage managers, and other technicians, performing sound checks and video tests, and troubleshooting technical issues in real time. The successful candidate will maintain organized workflows, follow show run-of-show documents, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure a professional, client-ready event environment.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in live audio engineering (A1), including console operation, signal flow, EQ, dynamics, and microphone selection and placement.
  • Experience with video operation (V1), including routing systems, switchers, video playback, camera feeds, and display/LED wall configuration.
  • Ability to design, prepare, and operate show graphics and presentations using common tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and graphics software.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve audio, video, and graphics issues quickly during live events.
  • Knowledge of live event workflows, run-of-show documentation, and effective communication with production teams and clients.
  • Comfort with on-site work, including equipment loading/unloading, setup, cable management, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended event days as needed.
  • Previous live event, broadcast, or corporate AV experience is strongly preferred; experience in Las Vegas event venues is a plus.
  • Relevant training or certification in audio, video, or live event production is beneficial; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are helpful.
