WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our established practice at FPN Plainfield Family Medicine located in Plainfield, IN. Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Weekday call is rotated among the physicians: 1:7

  • Weekend Call: 1:14

  • Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day

  • No inpatient work or OB

  • Common Diagnoses:

    • Diabetes

    • Hypertension

    • COPD

    • Wellness Visits

  • On-site Equipment:

    • Lab

    • Imaging

  • Sports Medicine located in same building

  • Outpatient physical therapy
