We offer flexible scheduling, steady client assignments, supportive leadership, and opportunities for career growth. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, PRN, weekday, weekend, or 12-hour shifts, we have opportunities available to fit your schedule.
Current Schedule Include:
Location: Elyria, Lorain
  • Mon - Fri: 9a-4p, 5x a week
  • Must be available to work in nearby places as well

What You'll Do
โ€ข Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
โ€ข Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
โ€ข Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
โ€ข Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
โ€ข Provide companionship and emotional support
โ€ข Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed
โ€ข Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
โ€ข Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

Qualifications
โ€ข High School Diploma or GED
โ€ข Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred
โ€ข HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
โ€ข Current CPR certification
โ€ข Negative TB test or chest x-ray
โ€ข Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently while following client care plans
โ€ข Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
