Position Requirements
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current state Physical Therapist license and/or successful completion of NPTE (or state exam)

  • Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience

  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and commitment to client confidentiality


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, range of motion, and pain levels to develop individualized treatment plans

  • Educate clients and caregivers on the proper use of assistive devices and exercises

  • Monitor and report patient progress or changes in condition to the Director of Nursing and physician

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharge planning

  • Deliver compassionate, respectful, and client-centered care to patients and their families
