About the Job
The Shop Fabrication Associate plays an important role in supporting Bright's operations by building, repairing, and maintaining custom equipment used for events. This role focuses on fabrication, carpentry, and specialty projects that help bring client visions to life while ensuring rental equipment remains safe, functional, and event-ready.
Working from the shop, this position partners closely with Operations, Warehouse, and leadership teams to complete custom builds, repairs, and modifications that support weddings, corporate events, and large-scale productions.
