We offer a full spectrum of therapeutic, psychopharmacological, clinical research, and counseling services specifically designed for an outpatient population, aiming to enhance overall mental wellness and resilience.

As a remote position, this role allows you the flexibility to work from home while ensuring professional engagement through telehealth services. You will have scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, where digital communication tools facilitate interaction with clients and team members. • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and building positive therapeutic relationships, while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address challenges, assess stability, and facilitate appropriate discharge planning.
• Develop, implement, and continually assess individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and comprehensive progress notes for every client interaction to support care continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand the client’s background, mental health status, and treatment needs effectively.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, focusing on specific therapeutic techniques that best serve the client’s situation.
• Participate actively in individual supervision for professional development and guidance from experienced clinicians.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and share insights that enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a growth mindset by staying up-to-date with best practices and embracing ongoing learning opportunities.

Your work will primarily focus on providing services to outpatient clients of all ages. You will employ a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs, ensuring that clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to overcome their challenges. By utilizing a person-centered treatment model, your efforts directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes and overall quality of life for those you serve.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required for this position.
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials in accordance with Pennsylvania state regulations.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting following postgraduate education.
• Proficient in using computer systems and technology to manage client notes, documentation, and telehealth platforms effectively.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating strong therapeutic skills.
• Comfort and experience with conducting intake assessments, demonstrated by proficiency in collecting necessary client history and creating treatment plans.

• Specialization in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals dealing with trauma, is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a fee-for-service model, understanding insurance processes and reimbursement issues.
