[About the Role]
Join as an Information Technology - Communications Rep and become a pivotal member of the 1LMX platform team in Orlando, FL. As the 1LMX Communicator / Designer, you will bridge technology and storytelling, driving meaningful adoption of breakthrough IT solutions. This is your opportunity to shape communications that influence key stakeholders, customers, and the public, while collaborating with top engineering and leadership talent in a dynamic, future-focused environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Develop and execute clear, integrated communication strategies to promote the 1LMX platform.
- Design compelling visual content and graphics to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Create audience-focused messaging for internal and external channels, including press releases, speeches, articles, websites, presentations, and multimedia assets.
- Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership to ensure consistency and clarity across all communications.
- Reinforce the 1LMX value proposition to drive stakeholder engagement and platform adoption.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously optimize messaging and materials.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in designing high-impact graphics and multimedia content.
- Strong background in translating technical concepts into accessible, engaging language.
- Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience in change management communications for IT or technology platforms.
- Familiarity with intranet content management and digital publishing tools.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in visual design and user experience.
- Previous work in a large, matrixed organization.
