  • Lead business development efforts, including client engagement, relationship management, and market expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with DOTs, municipalities, and local agencies.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as proposals, interviews, and presentations.
  • Lead contract development, scope definition, and fee negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

  • Foster collaboration across design disciplines and specialized service areas.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
  • 10–15 years of experience in transportation project delivery, with a strong emphasis on bridge design.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a consulting engineering environment.
  • Experience with industry design tools (e.g., MicroStation, OpenBridge Designer, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
Benefits
  • Company‑paid professional memberships and support for industry licenses and continuing education.
  • Highly competitive salary packages and attractive benefits.
