Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Toll Bridge Operators. This position is responsible for collecting tolls, assisting bridge users, maintaining accurate transaction records, and helping ensure the safe and efficient flow of traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect tolls and provide accurate change as needed
  • Maintain accurate toll transaction records and reconcile payments at the end of each shift
  • Monitor traffic flow and assist with the safe and efficient movement of vehicles
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to bridge users
  • Respond to questions and concerns appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized toll booth area
  • Perform basic cleaning and routine upkeep of toll equipment
  • Report equipment malfunctions or operational concerns to supervision
  • Follow established safety procedures and company policies
  • Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain smooth bridge operations

Qualifications
