Title:GMP LeadJob Description:

Job Overview

The GMP Lead will be responsible for overseeing activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. Adhere to, implement, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform of employees within the program assigned

  • Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures

  • Coordinate and monitor work activities

  • Provide reports, such as pass down,

  • Perform service, and safety inspections

  • Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair

  • Track and maintain supplies inventory

  • Issue equipment and supplies

  • Monitor of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment

  • Report to supervisor immediately

  • Report accidents and to the supervisor immediately

  • Provide recommendations action on areas that improvement

  • Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection

  • Logbook compliance-accurate completion

  • Task completion as required by site's SOPs

Qualification

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/ or Experience

  • High school diploma /GED

  • Two years high tech experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Valid Driver's License to operate company or personal vehicles.

  • May be required to be Forklift Certified

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

  • Bi -Lingual in Spanish is a plus
