Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Mason Laborer / Foreman to join our growing team. This position involves hands-on masonry work along with crew leadership responsibilities on residential, commercial, and prevailing wage projects. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and capable of managing projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform masonry work including block, brick, concrete, and stone installation
  • Lead and supervise crew members on job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs
  • Operate construction tools and equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Communicate professionally with management, contractors, and customers

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of masonry and/or construction experience required
  • Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
