Education

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Keep your certification active throughout your employment.
