Job Title: CNA / HHA – Compassionate In-Home Caregiver

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
  • Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Provide safe transportation to appointments and errands.
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation regarding client wellness.
  • Specialized memory care support for clients with Alzheimer’s or Dementia.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Active Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate.
  • Background: Must pass a Level 2 Background Screen and drug test.
  • Experience: Previous caregiving experience preferred (Alzheimer's/Dementia experience is a plus!).
  • Transport: Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
  • Health: Current CPR certification (in-person) and up-to-date TB test.
  • Training: Willingness to complete 2-hour courses in HIV, Alzheimer’s, and Med Assistance.
