Job description

Imagen is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified Breast Radiologist to lead and expand its breast imaging program across two modern outpatient centers in the San Bernardino area. This role offers the opportunity to shape a growing program within a physician-led, technology-forward practice that prioritizes clinical excellence and collaborative support. Physicians can choose between a fully onsite or hybrid work model, with no hospital call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the breast imaging program
  • Perform Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy procedures
  • Interpret screening and diagnostic mammography studies

Compensation

  • Base compensation starting at $500,000, with additional earning potential

  • Board-certified (ABR or AOBR) Radiologist
  • Breast Radiology fellowship training required
  • Prior breast biopsy procedure experience required
  • Active medical license in California
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program
  • Preferred (but not required): Stereotactic biopsy experience
