Job description

Radiology Partners Chicago is seeking a full-time Breast Imager to join their Chicago-based practice. This role offers both fully remote and hybrid onsite positions, leveraging the Mosaic AI Operating System to enhance diagnostic interpretation. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative care model and benefit from the practice's commitment to professional development.

  • The position leverages Radiology Partners' Mosaic AI Operating System, an advanced technology platform that uses artificial intelligence and workflow automation.
  • Radiology Partners Chicago (RP Chicago) has been committed to delivering the highest quality radiology services to Chicago Southland neighborhoods since 1972.
  • Our diverse practice is constantly seeking innovative approaches to provide the best care to our patients and service to clinicians and client hospitals in each of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Read all breast imaging, including Contrast Enhanced Mammography and Breast MRI.
  • Perform MRI biopsies (for hybrid onsite position).

Compensation

  • $500,000 - $600,000 Base + Incentive Comp + Up to $100,000 Starting Bonus
  • Productivity Bonus Available
  • Fellowship Stipends Available
  • Partnership Track Position
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
  • Flexible hybrid (remote + onsite) or fully remote
  • 7a-4p CST (flexible day shift hours)
  • No other shift requirements outside of dedicated shift hours

Requirements

  • Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Share Radiology Partners' vision for fostering an integrative and collaborative care model while working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Comfortable reading all breast imaging.
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy.
  • Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
  • Ability to secure an Illinois License.
  • Fellowship in Breast Imaging preferred but not required.
  • MQSA Preferred.
