Job Summary:
AA2IT is a company looking for an IT Field Service Technician to provide general IT support to customers at various client sites. The role involves driving to locations and addressing break-fix and IMAC calls, with responsibilities that include hardware repair and maintaining IT devices.
Responsibilities:
• IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
• TOP 2 : HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Schedule- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
