Job description

The role requires a successful track record of prospecting and selling transportation and logistics services to small, medium and large international freight clients

  • Build client base through prospecting and cold calling
  • Generate appointments and conduct presentations to clients - contract signing for their annual Volume
  • Finding new customers, mainly to promote shipments across globe.
  • Submit plans to achieve Monthly and Quarterly Targets
  • Generate Sales leads – India, Dubai, USA, Kenya & Bangladesh based shippers/consignee
  • Work with customer service coordinator to keep account activities and contact information up to date
  • Maintain active client data base, prospect & potential lead source list
  • Arranging joint meeting with key clients
  • Investigates & resolves customer problems when necessary
  • Liaising with the line manager to clarify assignment.
