Job description

Staff members work with Middlebury Bread Loaf Writers' Conferences staff to plan and host the conference. Each staff member focuses on coordinating in a particular area while also helping summer staff in other areas as needed. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include the ability to work independently and also as a member of a team; the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations; and the ability to handle student and faculty matters with discretion, and confidentiality where required. 

This position is open to Bread Loaf Writer's Conference enrollees.

Compensation for this position is $15/hour.
