Position Overview:

Peerless of America is seeking a skilled Brazer to join our production team. In this role, you will perform precision brazing on copper and other materials to assemble high-quality coil components. This position is essential to maintaining the craftsmanship and reliability our customers count on.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform brazing operations with copper, brass, and other metals per customer specifications and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs)

- Inspect materials and equipment to ensure safe, effective operations

- Use tools like tape measures, micrometers, and calipers to confirm quality

- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Support production team members and assist in other areas as needed

- Inspect joints to ensure brazed assemblies meet company quality standards and specifications along with structural integrity using visual inspection.


Qualifications:

- Previous experience in brazing or a related field

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents

- Proficient in using measurement tools

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
