Job description

At Branson Bank, we believe banking is about people first. As a locally owned community bank, we value relationships, teamwork, and serving our communities well. Our associates work together to provide excellent service and creative financial solutions while building meaningful connections with customers and each other.
We strive to create a workplace where associates feel supported, encouraged, and part of something bigger. Through training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth, we invest in our people and the future of our communities. Our culture is guided by the Golden Rule and a shared commitment to professionalism, integrity, and helping others succeed.
If you are looking for a place where relationships matter and your work makes a difference, we would love to meet you.
Position Overview
The Client Service Associate provides administrative, operational, and client service support for Branson Wealth Advisors with Branson Bank, helping the Financial Advisor stay organized and responsive to client needs. This role supports day-to-day office operations while assisting with client relationships, appointment coordination, account servicing, and operational workflows.
Responsibilities include supporting client communication by phone, email, and in person; maintaining accurate client files and compliance documentation; tracking prospects and referrals within Ameriprise systems and referral tools; and processing account paperwork and service requests through the Ameriprise network. This position also participates in onboarding and licensing progression requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
A Typical Day
Your day starts by reviewing the calendar and preparing for upcoming client meetings-confirming details, organizing forms, and ensuring records are current. Throughout the day, you'll respond to routine client requests, route questions appropriately, and help keep documentation organized so information is accurate and easy to retrieve.
As service items come in, you'll move them through the Ameriprise network, monitor progress, and follow up to help keep timelines on track. You'll also spend time updating prospect and referral notes within the CRM and coordinating next steps with the Financial Advisor. Between projects and client interactions, you'll balance accuracy with responsiveness while protecting sensitive information and making steady progress toward onboarding and licensing milestones.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is professional, dependable, service-minded, and demonstrates integrity in daily interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, willing to learn Ameriprise systems and processes, and able to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
If you are ready to build a strong foundation in wealth services while supporting clients with care, professionalism, and accuracy, we encourage you to apply.

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) Plan
  • Life Insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
