Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for a fun and exciting work environment with opportunities for growth? We are actively searching for applicants who are friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving others. Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.


JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Front of House:

*Immediately welcoming guests with a friendly greeting and a SMILE

*Creating positive guest interactions

*Taking and correctly filling orders at the counter

*Being knowledgeable about our products and able to answer questions/offer suggestions

*Efficiently using a POS system, accepting payments and making correct change

*Thanking customers and inviting them back

Back of House:

*Scooping cookies and prepping them to bake

*Rolling pretzels and prepping them to bake

*Help with stocking (must be able to lift 30 lb. boxes)

*Misc. tasks as assigned by supervisor

*Maintaining a clean and safe environment by following all food safety regulations

*Thoroughly washing dishes, taking out trash, and completing all other cleaning duties as required

REQUIREMENTS
  • GREAT ATTITUDE & EFFORT!

  • Be at least 16 years old--some tasks may require 18+
  • Have a driver's license and reliable transportation (not dependent on others to get to work)
  • Have the physical stamina to stand and use hands for 8 hours or more
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Able to graciously accept instructions and correction when needed
  • Available for weekday and weekend closing shifts
