About the Role

Title: Brand Marketing Associate

Job Location: Jersey City, NJ

Reports To: Senior Manager Brand Marketing Position Summary

The Brand Marketing Associate will help bring the Fair Harbor brand to life across events, partnerships, influencer relationships, and wholesale channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager Brand Marketing, this role will plan experiences that get people talking, build relationships with influencers and partners, and ensure the brand shows up consistently everywhere it appears.

Responsibilities

Brand Events

Assist in executing brand events, from press events to larger consumer activations

Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution

Ensure every event reflects brand identity and delivers a memorable guest experience

Measure event impact and report on outcomes

Wholesale Marketing

Plan and execute in-store events for accounts, managing everything from vendor coordination to on-site event logistics

Coordinate seasonal signage updates across retail partner locations

Provide accounts with seasonal e-commerce imagery and digital assets for their online storefronts

Ensure brand consistency across retail partner channels

Influencer Relationships & Gifting

Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand

Manage monthly gifting program, including recipient selection, and product curation

Track gifting ROI and content performance, and adjust strategy based on results

Monitor organic affiliate performance and identify top-performing partners to prioritize

What Success Looks Like

Influencer and gifting programs consistently drive quality organic content and measurable affiliate performance, not just gifted product with no return

Events and activations run smoothly and reflect the brand well, from vendor coordination through on-site execution

Wholesale accounts feel supported, signage, imagery, and launch materials arrive on time and elevate the brand at retail
