About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented and organized individual to join our creative team and play a key role in both event design and digital content creation. In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the visual aspects of both live events and our online presence, including assisting with website design, social media strategy, and supporting event execution. If you have a passion for design, a creative eye, and experience working in both digital and event settings, we’d love for you to bring your expertise to our team!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Content & Branding: Assist with the creation of graphics, menu designs, presentations, brochures and marketing materials that reflect the Food Trends brand.
  • Event Styling & Production: Create event styling and decor execution sheets, event diagrams, and signage - with the use of Adobe Photoshop and Canva. While assisting with production projects using Cricut machines and creative tools.
  • Photoshoots, Tastings & Creative Coordination: Assist in styling and coordinating photoshoots, tastings, and branded content moments. Liaise with photographers, videographers and creative vendors for photoshoots, content production and management of marketing collateral.
  • Website & Digital Presence: Help maintain and update the company website while supporting overall digital brand consistency.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Help develop social media content, reels, photography organization and visual storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including event planners and chefs, to ensure design concepts are executed seamlessly both digitally and at live events.
  • Creative Concept Development: Contribute to developing creative design ideas for both in-person events and digital content.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in event design, graphic design, or digital marketing, with a portfolio showcasing your creative and visual work.
  • Previous experience in the food or hospitality industry is preferred, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and familiarity with web design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Experience with Cricut or similar cutting/production machines is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and content creation strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, both for live events and digital design.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
  • A strong interest in food, events, and the creative process.
