Events Manager | Entry-Level Development

Full Time | On Site | Tampa, Florida

NO REMOTE (2-4 Weeks Start)

Company Overview

We are a Tampa-based sales and marketing company creating customer acquisition campaigns for clients in consumer technology, telecommunications, health and wellness, nonprofit and community outreach, lifestyle services and professional services. Through business-to-business campaigns, live events and retail services, we help brands reach new customers, strengthen their market presence and grow sales.


The Events Manager Role

This is an entry-level management development position. As an Events Manager, you will learn how successful campaigns are planned, delivered and improved before progressing toward greater ownership of teams and event performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Turn client briefs into practical event plans, timelines and checklists
  • Coordinate staffing, materials, equipment and setup requirements
  • Lead pre-event briefings on campaign goals and brand messaging
  • Allocate team coverage and maintain strong presentation standards
  • Support customer engagement and campaign sales objectives
  • Monitor event activity, customer responses and daily results
  • Resolve scheduling or resource issues during campaign delivery
  • Coach newer team members as your experience develops
  • Prepare event summaries and recommend improvements


Career Development

You will receive practical training in event management, sales, marketing, team coordination and performance reporting.


As you demonstrate consistency and leadership potential, you may progress into larger campaign assignments, team coaching and wider operational responsibility. Advancement is based on performance, capability and business needs.
