We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings high energy to everything they do, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities in a flexible, but fast-paced environment. • Lead the recruitment process from kickoff through offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and people-first candidate experience.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to advise leaders on talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring strategies.
  • Support with identifying talent & coming up with recruitment strategies for critical field openings & district leader opportunities, as they come available.

Business Partnership & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders throughout the hiring process.
  • Challenge assumptions, anticipate talent needs, and provide recommendations that support business objectives.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to understand organizational priorities, succession needs, and workforce plans.
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, talent insights, and market knowledge.

Internship Program Leadership

  • Coordinate and manage the Corporate Internship Program from recruitment through onboarding and program execution.
  • Build relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations to strengthen internship talent pipelines.

  • Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies that strengthen maurices' employment brand.
  • Build relationships with professional associations, schools, networking groups, and community partners.
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, and talent-building initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to promote our People First culture and showcase why maurices is a great place to build a career.

Field Recruitment Support

  • Support the development of field recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Partner with field HR and operational leaders to identify opportunities that improve talent attraction and hiring outcomes.
  • Help pilot and implement new recruiting approaches, tools, and processes across the organization.

  • Utilize Workday, Phenom, and other talent systems to manage recruiting workflows and maintain accurate candidate data.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve candidate experience, and increase hiring effectiveness.
