Position Description: 

The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Motion Design Intern in the Broadcast & Live Events department who will play an important role in the Fiserv Forum guest experience. The intern will assist in creating motion graphics and content for in-arena LED displays. The candidate should have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. The Motion Design Intern will support the overall efforts to build the Milwaukee Bucks brand and support creative needs for Fiserv Forum events. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in creating motion graphics for Fiserv Forum LED Displays.
  • Assist with the editing and integration of motion graphics and effects application into Bucks game entertainment video projects, such as fan interactive games, gameday graphics, player feature videos, situational features, and more.
  • Follow Bucks and Fiserv Forum brand design guidelines and work within templates in After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe programs.
  • Stay organized and provide high attention to detail while executing assigned projects, including collaboration with the motion design and live programming team.
  • Actively participate in the creative development process and share new ideas in a team setting.
  • Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and industry software.
  • Support the maintenance of digital asset libraries for video and motion graphics files.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
     

Qualification Requirements: 

  • Candidates must submit a production reel or website with resume to be considered.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant production software (ex: Cinema 4D, Blender, Photoshop, or Illustrator a plus).
  • Familiarity with print design a plus.
  • Candidates must be creative, enthusiastic, willing to learn, self-driven and have a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours including event nights and weekends.
