We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support consumer-driven innovation and help expand our brand into new product categories. This role will play an important part in identifying growth opportunities, developing compelling product concepts, and supporting launches from early-stage assessment through commercialization.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in the consumer goods industry, along with strong analytical skills, business judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about brand growth, product innovation, and bringing new ideas to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the brand innovation roadmap by providing market insights, strategic recommendations, and category growth ideas.
  • Analyze consumer trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for new products and category expansion.
  • Support the development and management of a multi-year innovation pipeline aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate new product development projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive development efforts and execute successful product launches.
  • Assist in creating go-to-market and launch strategies for innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop presentations, product information, and support materials for customer meetings and sell-in efforts.
  • Monitor launch performance and use financial insights, including P& L considerations, to inform decision-making.
  • Identify product enhancement and line extension opportunities to maximize post-launch growth and lifecycle performance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting or leading innovation initiatives within the consumer goods industry.
  • Understanding of brand management, product commercialization, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Experience using financial analysis and P& L data to assess business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker with sound business acumen and market awareness.
