About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across our Cincinnati and Kentucky branches. This role is central to driving efficiency, supporting sales performance, and ensuring strong financial and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels in a fast-paced environment, partners effectively with leadership, and is committed to delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

As a Branch Operations Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and effectively, while supporting our sales team and enhancing overall operational excellence. 

This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience. 

 
What You'll Be Doing 

  • Oversee day-to-day operational functions for the Cincinnati and Kentucky branches, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards 

  • Coordinate with the partner Complex Chief Operations Manager (COM) to support seamless cross-branch operations and process alignment 

  • Lead, manage, and develop branch operations support teams, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement 

  • Manage branch budgets, including monitoring expenses and approving expenditures to ensure financial discipline and adherence to targets 

  • Partner with the EVP and sales managers to support achievement of branch sales and recruiting goals through strong operational execution 

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, scalability, and overall operational effectiveness 

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operations and compensation-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication 

The base salary range for this position is $57,397 - $94,705. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
