Schoner Chevrolet in Hartville, OH is family-owned and a great place to have a rewarding career! Our high-volume service department is seeking Lube Technicians, with at least one year of experience, to perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs including change oil, coolant, tire repair/balance, replace brake pads, resurface rotors, and more.

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Lube Technician:

  • Perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs
  • Perform multipoint inspection of vehicle's fluids, tires, battery, brakes, etc.
  • Change oil, coolant, flush fluids, lubricate bearings, replace filters, battery, bulbs, wiper blades, etc.
  • Rotate and balance tires, alignment
  • Replace brake pads, resurface rotors
  • Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools


Qualifications - Auto Dealership Lube Technician:

  • At least one year of Lube Tech experience. Must be coachable!
  • Automotive operational knowledge/working knowledge of shop equipment is preferred
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, flexible, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
