About the Client Balanced Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide overnight care for a young woman living with a traumatic brain injury in McDonough, GA. This is a one-on-one, in-home position that requires a nurse who is attentive, experienced with medically complex clients, and comfortable working independently in a home setting.

Schedule & Compensation • Shift: Overnight – 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 hours)

• Days: Daily (7 nights per week availability needed)

• Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour, based on experience

Client Care Needs • Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) management and enteral feeding

• Tracheostomy care and suctioning

• Ventilator management and monitoring

• Ongoing neurological assessment and documentation

• Positioning, hygiene, and comfort care

Requirements • Active Georgia RN or LPN license

• Experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care required

• Experience with brain injury or neurologically complex clients preferred

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Reliable transportation to McDonough, GA

• Ability to work independently in a home environment
