Coordinate and deliver C-IMP White Belt and Yellow Belt training while facilitating workshops to drive consistent and strategic continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis, develop solutions for complex operational challenges, and support critical business transitions like mergers and acquisitions. Analyze audit findings and performance metrics to identify systemic issues and improve the customer experience. Additionally, support the design and implementation of professional training materials and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational excellence.

  • Lead and coach White Belt and Yellow Belt candidates through certification, ensuring successful project execution and professional development.

  • Deliver measurable cost savings and revenue generation by leveraging and applying C-IMP methodologies to key business processes.

  • Utilize data analysis and advanced risk management techniques to rigorously review, evaluate, and optimize operational processes.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Analysts and Trainers to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

  • Assist with critical business transitions, including managing data conversions, corporate acquisitions, and other large-scale organizational projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 7+ years of experience leading improvement projects.

  • C-IMP Green Belt Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management experience.

  • 10+ years of people leadership.
