Job description

Position: ServiceNow ITBM Consultant
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Mandatory Requirements
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of ServiceNow Implementation experience. At least 3 projects must have been in ServiceNow ITBM as a Implementation Specialist delivering Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Application Portfolio Manage (APM) functionality on Madrid and/or New York releases.
  2. Must have experience implementing a minimum of 3 PPM and/or APM projects with at least one project using ServiceNow Madrid or newer. Experience must include configuration of forms and fields, workflows, reports and dashboards.
  3. Must have experience and knowledge to configure reports in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  4. Must have senior level experience and knowledge integrating ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management with Jira, SAP BPC, SAP BW and Microsoft Project.
  5. Must have experience and knowledge migration data to/from ServiceNow ITBM and Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.

Technical Requirements
  1. Senior level experience implementing ServiceNow PPM and APM modules.
  2. Experience configuring ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  3. Experience integrating ServiceNow PPM/APM with Jira, SAP/BPC, Microsoft Project.
  4. Utilities Industry experience preferred.
  5. Project Manager/PMO experience preferred

Desirable Qualifications
  • PMP or SCRUM Agile Certification, ServiceNow ITBM Implementation Specialist Certification (Madrid or New York)
