Responsible for receiving incoming materials, counts and inventories stock items against packing lists and orders. This role also handles pulling inventory to fill orders and crating orders to be shipped.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Handles receiving incoming shipments and moves material to the storage area.
  • Inspect incoming materials and notify Supervisor of potential quality issues.
  • Keeps receiving and storage areas clean and assists with scrap metal clean up.
  • Pulls stock and miscellaneous orders and materials from inventory to fabricate wraps if needed and gets orders to boxing for shipping.
  • Builds crates for large orders that are being shipped to Canada or require extra packaging in shipping to ensure product is not damaged.
  • Maintains and organizes adequate shipping supplies inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Ability to read a tape measure and identify written measurements.
  2. Operates machinery including saws, drills, and power tools.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  4. Strong team player.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift glass up to 70lbs, stand, walk, and bend


Work Environment: Warehouse setting.


Required Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.


Required Experience: None. Warehouse background a plus.
