Boxing Instructor
  • Lead structured, age-appropriate boxing and fitness activities for youth.
  • Teach basic boxing techniques, footwork, movement, conditioning, and physical fitness.
  • Adapt activities to accommodate different skill levels and abilities.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment at all times.
  • Establish clear expectations for behavior, participation, respect, and teamwork.
  • Promote discipline, confidence, leadership, and positive decision-making.
  • Supervise participants throughout scheduled program activities.
  • Encourage youth participation and provide positive feedback.
  • Monitor participant engagement and communicate concerns to Teen REACH program staff.
  • Follow all ECS, Teen REACH, school-site, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional boundaries when working with youth.
  • Complete required attendance and program documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with the Teen REACH Coordinator and Program Manager regarding program activities, participant needs, and concerns.
  • Assist with program demonstrations, showcases, special events, or youth activities when requested.
