Description

Virtucom is actively looking for qualified Production Associates to perform services according to customer preferences such as unboxing, imaging, enrolling, carting, tagging, etching, etc.  in addition to maintaining and operating an organized working space.


Duties:

  • Responsible for production duties: unboxing, imaging, tagging, labeling, etching and boxing of products.
  • Prepare products for shipment to include packaging, strapping, wrapping for safe shipping.
  • Keep warehouse/production areas clean and organized daily (i.e. product in correct location, free of trash, etc.).
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision of a Team Lead.

Requirements

Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment

  • Ability to lift or move heavy products (No more than 20lbs).
  • Basic understanding of computers and networking.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems/Chrome OS. 
  • Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Document all service requests as per company guidelines.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used tech support concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Must have reliable transportation, strong customer, administrative and organizational skills.
  • Sense of urgency to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLA), and must possess good communication and customer satisfaction skills.
