Rumble Boxing Montvale is a cutting-edge group fitness studio dedicated to transforming lives through innovative workout programs and a supportive community. We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team and fuel our studio's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly membership targets
  • Conduct engaging studio tours, showcasing our facilities and programs to potential members
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Implement effective follow-up systems to nurture leads and increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and account activity in our CRM system
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Participate in local events and networking opportunities to promote the studio
  • Contribute to the development of new membership packages and promotions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or service industry
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
