Job description

We are looking for an energetic Boxing/Kickboxing Trainer to inspire and motivate clients through expert boxing instruction 1-on-1 sessions. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will design engaging training sessions, teach boxing techniques, and promote a healthy, active lifestyle. No contract training.
Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized boxing training programs tailored to each client’s fitness level, goals, and experience.
- Teach proper boxing techniques, including stance, punches, footwork, defense, and conditioning exercises.
- Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing behavior management and ensuring proper equipment use.
Qualifications:
- Must have Boxing Training Experience (1+ years). Previous experience training clients in a formal setting is required.
- Must be a responsible and have a flexible schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation! Preferred to have a valid drivers license with vehicle
- Must be motivated individual who will motive their client, they want a work out where they get a good sweat.
- Be punctual.
Compensation is according to experience. ($19 - $23)
HOURS CAN VARY
Morning Shift Hours: Between 5am - 12pm
Afternoon/Evening Shift Hours: Between 12pm - 9pm
Weekend Shift Hours: Between 7am - 3pm
Gym is located in White Plains, NY
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Weekends, Opening/Morning Shifts, Afternoon to Close shifts, etc.
