Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable and skilled Driver and Appliance Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a 26 ft box truck to deliver and install household appliances to residential and commercial customers. This role requires a blend of driving expertise, physical capability, and technical proficiency to handle installations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a safety-first work environment.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • MUST be 21+ years of age
  • Chauffers' license or CDL
  • Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
  • Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
  • Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
  • Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
  • Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring:
  • Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
  • Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
