Job description

Description

We are seeking Box Truck Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a 26' box truck with a liftgate to  deliver doors/windows to construction sites. Most deliveries are local (within 100 miles) and always home daily. Delivery assistant/helper available for all deliveries. Commercial driver license is not required.


Hours are consistent and dependable all year. Shift is generally 6am-3:30pm Mon-Fri, rare Saturday work 6am-10am.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Dependable driver who actively communicates with company and customers
  • Safely operate a 26' Box Truck with Liftgate
  • Load and unload cargo (assisted)
  • Properly document work and delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 26' Box Truck with Liftgate
  • Load and unload cargo
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Report any issues or incidents to company
  • Inspect truck before and after trip, and maintain a clean and presentable vehicle

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields (3+ years preferred)
  • You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to handle physical workload up to 75lbs unassisted
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
