About the Role: Move Lead Specialist
Move Lead Specialists (MLS) lead and work alongside a team of movers to safely and efficiently pack, load, transport, and unload furniture, boxes, and other heavy household items. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

  • Provide premium, concierge-level moving support: Handle each client’s belongings with the utmost respect and consideration, treating every item—from antiques to everyday essentials—as if it were your own.
  • Manage all stages of relocation: Manage and assist with careful packing, secure loading and unloading, detailed placement, furniture assembly, and post-move setup—ensuring each home is move-in ready.
