We are currently looking for an individual to join our Shipping Department in a Lead Packer role. Experience is preferred but not required. Hours are 1st Shift: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Monday-Friday, overtime and weekends required when needed.


Job Responsibilities

  • Pack daily jobs using Packsize Box machines to cut & glue boxes; make/apply labels, make bubble, and foam-in-place.
  • Make boxes and pack items of various sizes with attention to detail with fragile items
  • Can use a measuring tape to do accurate measurements of product dimensions Pack “Inner” & “Master” boxes on small rollouts.  Box can consist of a combination of: Display, Instructions, Backer, Kitted Product.  Label/Tape all boxes with appropriate labels and tape
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and be on your feet all day
  • Work well with your hands to do manual production
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with extreme attention to detail
  • Have a second gear when it gets busy and output requires increased speed.
  • Be willing to stay as needed to complete daily shipping
  • Be willing to work Saturday from 7am-11am when needed
  • Help clean box cutter waste and make bails in Bailing Machine
  • Use company van/box truck to pick up and drop off packages to UPS or FedEx
  • Work hand-in-hand with Logistics Dept. to ensure all jobs ship daily 
  • Equipment used on the job- Experience preferred but not required:

Packsize box maker, Packsize gluer, Pallet Jack, Automatic Tape Machine, Water Activated Tape Machines, Hand Tape Guns, Hand Shrink Wrap, Shrink Wrap Machine, Foam-In-Place Machine, Bailer, Glue Machine, Bubble Machine


Job Requirements:

  • Measuring accurately (Tape Measure) is a must
  • Must be able to work alone or in a team environment
  • Computer and Machine literacy
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities with little instruction after training
  • Ability to read & understand a work order or distro
  • Have a valid driver’s license & a good driving record
  • Have reliable transportation to get to our location in Bristol, PA
  • Have a positive attitude!
