Job description

Position: Entertainment Associate
Location: Mableton, GA

General Statement of Duties:

The Entertainment Associate serves as a customer service representative, greeting and assisting guests

in the Arcade, Rock Wall, and Bowling Alley. They are responsible for ensuring smooth operations by

maintaining and operating the Brunswick system, managing party bookings, and hosting exclusive

events. The Entertainment Associate provides a fun and safe environment by setting up and leading

interactive activities, assisting with equipment use, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role also

includes checking in guests, sanitizing equipment, coordinating entertainment activities, and managing

the bowling league from inquiries to tournament hosting.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain and operate the Brunswick system for bowling operations.

• Book and host exclusive parties, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

• Check guests in and provide assistance with event logistics.

• Perform system maintenance and ensure all equipment is in working order.

• Sanitize and reset equipment and party areas between events.

• Serve as the liaison between clients and EpiCenter staff to coordinate event needs.

• Organize and oversee activities such as bowling, rock climbing, and arcade play.

• Serve food and beverages in compliance with company policies (buffet-style service or

beverage replenishment).

• Manage the bowling league, from handling inquiries to hosting tournaments.

• Lead interactive games and entertain guests of all ages.

• Ensure the safety of all guests during activities.

• Monitor the cleanliness and organization of entertainment spaces.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Entertainment Manager and Security.

• Operate point-of-sale systems for transactions.
