Job description

St. Louis, MO – Seeking Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Join our team as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse, where we are focused on outpacing aging through a physician-guided, personalized approach to wellness and aesthetics. In this role, you will deliver advanced medical aesthetic treatments, including injectables and medical-grade skin therapies, while actively contributing to the practice’s revenue goals through consultations, retail recommendations, and treatment planning. If you’re a confident, experienced injector passionate about elevating patient outcomes and driving results, we’d love for you to join our team.

The Opportunity

  • Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers across facial and non-facial treatment areas.
  • Administer PRP-based treatments, including vampire facials, PRP under-eye rejuvenation, and PRP hair restoration.
  • Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments, including medical microneedling, RF microneedling, and medium-depth epidermal chemical peels.
  • Administer HydraFacial treatments within a medical setting.
  • Operate and administer treatments using Emsculpt NEO and Emface devices.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, review medical history, identify contraindications, and obtain informed consent prior to treatment.
  • Provide appropriate skin preparation, post-treatment care, and patient education for all services performed.
  • Monitor patient response during and after treatments and manage minor adverse reactions in accordance with clinical protocols.
  • Assess treatment outcomes and recommend follow-up services or maintenance plans to optimize results and patient satisfaction.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and recovery timelines.
  • Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and support tailored retail recommendations.
  • Capture, document, and maintain accurate before-and-after photography and complete patient records in accordance with regulatory and practice standards.
  • Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and trust-based care.
  • Meet or exceed individual revenue targets and track performance against established KPIs.
  • Actively engage patients in consultative treatment planning, package offerings, and retail product sales.
  • Engage Drip-IV patients to introduce and cross-promote aesthetic treatments and services.
  • Participate in promotional initiatives, events, or campaigns aimed at driving patient retention and new client acquisition.
  • Maintain awareness of current aesthetic trends, services, and competitive offerings to support informed patient consultations.
  • Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to all clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director, Nurse Leadership, and clinic staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Adhere to scope-of-practice guidelines, standing orders, and supervision requirements as defined by state regulations and the Medical Director.
  • Participate in ongoing training, education, and competency assessments as required.
  • Provide temporary clinical coverage for IV infusion services when required to support patient care continuity.
  • Perform patient intake and assessment specific to infusion therapy, including verification of orders, allergies, contraindications, and vital signs, when covering infusion services.
  • Initiate, monitor, and discontinue peripheral IV lines in accordance with established protocols and standing orders.
  • Administer IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and injectable therapies as ordered and consistent with scope of practice and clinic protocols.
  • Monitor patients during and after infusions for tolerance and potential adverse reactions; respond to minor reactions per protocol and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of infusion services, medications, patient response, and post-treatment instructions in the medical record.
  • Provide patient education related to infusion therapy, expected effects, and post-infusion care when acting in a coverage capacity.
  • Maintain infection control, medication handling, and safety standards while supporting infusion services.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and medical staff to ensure seamless handoff and continuity of care when transitioning between infusion and aesthetic services.
  • Maintain demonstrated competency in IV therapy and infusion administration, including successful completion of skills validation and periodic reassessment in accordance with clinical standards.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • Experience performing advanced medical skin treatments, including microneedling, RF microneedling, and chemical peels required.
  • Prior experience with PRP-based treatments preferred.
