Job description

Wanderlust Aesthetics is a physician-led medspa serving Carmel, Indianapolis, and surrounding Hamilton and Hendricks County communities. Led by two board certified physicians, we currently operate as a concierge mobile medspa and are opening our flagship physical location in Carmel in approximately two months. We're seeking an experienced Aesthetic RN to join our growing team on a part-time basis and grow with us through this exciting transition.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify) and dermal filler injections under physician collaboration
  • Administer IV hydration therapy, NAD+ drips, and B12/lipotropic injections
  • Operate InMode Optimas devices: DiolazeXL laser hair removal, Lumecca IPL 515/580 photofacials, and Morpheus8 RF microneedling
  • Perform SkinPen microneedling with PRP and exosome add-ons
  • Perform chemical peels at appropriate depths for skin type and concern
  • Assist with Glo2Facial, HydraFacial, and other facial treatments as needed
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, document treatments, and follow up on outcomes
  • Provide care both in our fully equipped Sprinter mobile unit and, beginning Q3 2026, at our new Carmel location
  • Maintain device sterilization, inventory, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered Indiana RN license
  • Demonstrated experience with aesthetic injections (neuromodulators and dermal fillers)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and bedside manner
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with InMode Optimas, Morpheus8, or SkinPen
  • IV therapy experience
  • Chemical peel experience across multiple product lines (e.g., SkinMedica, ZO, PCA)
  • Familiarity with OptiMantra or similar EMR
  • Comfort with light social media content for our Instagram
