Role Overview
The Nurse Injector is a vital clinical position within our specialty clinic, focused on providing high-quality aesthetic services, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and functional health solutions. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, self-motivated professional capable of delivering a premium patient experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform expert dermal injections, including Botox, Dysport, and fillers, while analyzing individual skin conditions and client goals.
  • Provide thorough patient education regarding pre- and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain real-time medical charting in the EHR system and manage service consent documentation.
  • Oversee treatment station hygiene, supply stocking, and facility compliance with State Board of Health regulations.
  • Drive clinic growth by recommending appropriate services and retail products during patient interactions.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure retention through proactive communication and follow-up scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Current nursing license (RN or LVN) from an accredited program.
  • Proven technical proficiency in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections.
  • Experience with EHR/patient management systems (PatientNow preferred).
  • Demonstrated history of success in retail sales or aesthetic service environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented, professional approach.
