Job description

Medical Spa Consultant (Client Consultant Specialist) position for a luxury Med Spa with locations in Dallas and Frisco, TX.
Job Summary
Seeking experienced, ambitious, and sales-driven Medical Spa Consultants to join our growing team in the Dallas & or Frisco area. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary skin care and med spa expert guiding clients through their aesthetic journeys, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue through personalized treatment plans, memberships, and skincare products. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, and luxury customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation & Sales: Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess client needs, educate them on aesthetic treatments, and create comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive sales of injectables (Botox, fillers), lasers , body contouring, and membership packages to meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport, acting as the primary point of contact for the client journey from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advanced aesthetic technologies, industry trends, and medical-grade skincare products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Medical Directors, RNs, and injectors to ensure seamless treatment execution.
  • Systems Management: Utilize CRM and scheduling software to manage patient records, track follow-ups, and ensure accurate documentation. Use of Zenoti an asset.

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales success in a med spa, cosmetic dermatology, or luxury retail setting.
  • Deep knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments, including lasers, injectables, and medical-grade skincare.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales goals and upselling targets.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex medical-aesthetic procedures clearly and empathetically.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Esthetician or Laser License in the state of Texas but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in CRM systems experience with , Zenoti and asset
