Job description

The Sage Neuroscience Specialists are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a fulfilling role with autonomy, strong support, and work‑life balance. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, PTO, and practice paid NP health insurance premiums. As an added bonus, you will practice in beautiful Reno, Nevada - a thriving, growing region with access to world‑class outdoor recreation and a family‑friendly community.

Position Highlights 

  • Employment Type: Full-time 
  • Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm 
  • Call: None
  • Patient Volume: About 9-12 patients daily (varies)
  • Practice Setting: Sage Neuroscience clinic with 1 Physician and 2 APRNs, 4 Medical Assistants, and 3 Technologists
  • Technology: Advanced MD

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for outpatient neurological patients, including care coordination and referrals
  • Collaborate with physicians, other APPs, and support staff
  • Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities 
  • Procedures include botox injections, skin biopsies, VNS programming (practice will provide training)
  • Document care using Advanced MD

Compensation & Benefits
